Our names are George and Jennifer Eltom and we are a husband and wife team. In 2013 we carried out voluntary work as doctors in Belize. During our time there we absolutely loved the Caribbean culture and food.
In 2015, we opened The Palm Caye, our first establishment bringing freshly made gelato to Carmarthen in a Caribbean setting. We became known for our high quality products and friendly service.
In December 2017, we opened The Reef, Caribbean Restaurant and Grill. Aimed at offering great tasting food that captures the essence of the Caribbean in keeping with our renowned quality and service,. The decor and music aims at transporting our diners to a Caribbean seaside.
